ACE Institute of Learning, a Minneapolis-based tutoring program for disadvantaged youth, was expanding and needed a way to quickly get across its strengths and positives to potential clients and investors. This "Fact Sheet" was a quick summary in an easy-to-grasp layout.

A 20-page newspaper for the Pagan community in Minneapolis. In addition to page layout responsibilities, I provided cover and page art, advertising spots, and occasional article content.
Mad Dogs
This was a poster to advertise the performance of George Bernard Shaw’s "St. Joan" by the Mad Dogs and English Majors theatrical troupe. Theater tropes of Comedy and Tragedy are presented, along with the names of the cast members in a dynamic, fluid space.

Design for CD compilation. The name suggested the cover image, of course, while the general theme of joy and happiness suggested rainbow colors, smoothed type and an organic layout.

Design for compilation CD. A fairy-tale theme suggested fairy-tale landscapes and surreal images. The landscape was created via KPT Bryce, and the back cover image was assembled in Photoshop.

Rachel MacAulay: Collage
Design for compilation CD. Since "Collage" was the name, a single design choice seemed to be demanded. Images were acquired via magazines, books, and the web. The songs were based on the idea of women and femininity, and the image choice (all women in various forms) reflected this.

CD cover for compilation. Collage effect using assembled clip images.Design was obviously water-based in theme, with softer type used to increase the feel of flow throughout the design. In addition, the front and back covers were designed to flow seamlessly into one another, adding to the effect.

Freelance design firm Home of Gryphon Dreaming desired a business-themed set of internal documents including customized cover sheets for its archive media. This was a cover sheet for an Iomega Zip disc-based archive storage solution.
